• Basic analytics — page views and referral sources (via Brevo and standard web analytics). We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
• IP address and browser type — collected temporarily in server logs. Not stored beyond 30 days.

2.3 Pinterest API Data

WealthNest uses the Pinterest API to publish content (Pins) to our own Pinterest boards. In the context of our Pinterest integration:

• We access our own Pinterest account data (boards, Pins) to automate content publishing.
• We do not collect, store, or process Pinterest data from any user other than our own account.
• We do not request access to any third-party Pinterest user's account, profile, or content.
• Pinterest-derived data (such as Pin performance metrics) is used solely for our internal analytics to improve our content strategy. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or redistributed.
• If our Pinterest API access is revoked or disconnected, any Pinterest-derived data previously stored in our internal systems is deleted within 30 days.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Email address & name: To send you the free guide you requested, followed by a welcome email sequence with relevant tips and content related to your area of interest. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Analytics data: To understand which content resonates with our audience and improve our website and guides.
• Pinterest API access: Solely to publish Pins to our own Pinterest boards as part of our automated content distribution system.

4. Data Retention

• Email subscribers: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing or upon request.
• Server logs (IP addresses): Automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Pinterest API tokens and derived data: Retained for as long as the integration is active. Deleted within 30 days of disconnection.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate WealthNest:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not resell or redistribute any Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
